Founder of adara
Kouassi Yao Gerard, hailing from Côte d’Ivoire, is a visionary dedicated to the intersection of innovation and social inclusion. As the founder of ADARA, he aspires to revolutionize rural regions through digitization. With a strong academic background in industrial and organizational psychology, Mr. Kouassi blends his understanding of human dynamics with a fascination for technology. This results in the creation of projects that make a significant impact in rural communities. Over the past eight years, he has been committed to enhancing the quality of life for small-scale rural farmers by facilitating their access to agricultural information, training, and guidance on climate change.

Abi Larissa Elodie
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Abi Larissa holds the position of Operations Manager at ADARA. She is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the company’s operational processes. With her background in operations management and prior experience in similar roles, Larissa ensures that ADARA’s operations run smoothly. She manages resources, plans strategic activities, and collaborates with key partners to ensure the efficiency of our interventions.
Ahua Eddie Edmond
HEAD OF IT SERVICES
Ahua Eddie Edmond, our Head of IT Services, brings strong technical expertise to the ADARA team. With a career dedicated to software development and technological innovation, he ensures the efficient implementation of our digital solutions to meet the needs of rural populations. Before joining ADARA, he worked for development-focused IT organizations, including government agencies in Côte d’Ivoire. His passion for technology and his commitment to improving the lives of underserved communities are at the core of his dedication to our mission.
N’gossere Ahou Sidoine
TELECOM MANAGER
N’Gossere Ahou Sidoine serves as the Telecom Manager at ADARA. She plays a vital role in expanding our solution into rural areas with limited telecommunications access. With prior experience working with subcontracting companies for major mobile phone operators in Côte d’Ivoire, she possesses a deep understanding of telecommunications infrastructure. Her commitment to connecting these remote regions through 2G technology is essential for providing access to our solution.
Kouame Linda Alexandra
MARKETING MANAGER
Kouame Linda Alexandra holds the position of Marketing Manager at ADARA. With expertise in marketing and communication, she plays a crucial role in promoting the company’s services and raising awareness among rural populations about the benefits of our solutions. Prior to joining ADARA, she gained valuable experience in selling agricultural products directly to communities, where she developed essential marketing skills. Her commitment to sustainability and social inclusion guides her actions within the team.
Kouassi Yao Gerard
CEO & Founder
Kouassi Yao Gerard is the founder and CEO of ADARA, a social enterprise dedicated to empowering rural communities through technology. Hailing from Côte d’Ivoire, Kouassi has an academic background in industrial and organizational psychology. Over the past five years, he has been dedicated to improving the livelihoods of smallholder farmers by facilitating their access to agricultural and climate information. His visionary leadership has guided ADARA toward successful collaborations with agricultural research institutions and development agencies.
Dahi Lagui Clotilde
COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER
Dahi Lagui Clotilde is our Communications Manager at ADARA. She is dedicated to working with some of the most vulnerable populations, providing the resources and support needed to make a significant impact. Her past two years of work within the ADARA team have played a key role in improving and expanding the activities of the social enterprise. Dahi Lagui Clotilde strongly believes in the positive impact of authentic and targeted communication, and she is convinced that this approach can catalyze social change.
